"I wanted sturdy but nice looking and comfortable bar stools and found them on the affordable seating website. They were packaged with enough of padding to prevent scratches and came on schedule. The pricing and shipping cost were not cheap, but I am extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of my stools. They should endure a long time, so I believe they were well worth the money."

"We ordered an entire restaurant worth of tables and stands. Spent about $8000 just to be treated like a bother. We were estimated a delivery date of 8 weeks & now we enter the 3rd month with no delivery. We understand things happen but their inability to communicate or their attitude when following up is totally unacceptable! (The person in the emails isn’t bad though) This is bad for business, literally you are dealing with fully operating restaurants. I called today again and the customer support was being condescending with me saying how is he suppose to know the status of my order when I should have a tracking email. I said the tracking did not show a time. The reason I would like to know a time is because in the fine print it said if we aren’t readily available to receive the shipping we would be fined! Yet they are so unhelpful in when we can expect to receive it while having a fully operating restaurant to worry about as well. I was waiting for him to ask me for the order number or tracking number but he was too busy trying to give me the runaround — when I insisted he look into it for me— he gave me attitude and said “how am I suppose to know? You never gave me the order number.” He NEVER gave me the opportunity to nor did he asked cuz immediately he was just trying to get me off the phone. Telling me I need to check with the shipping company. This is your FURNITURE company support line. There should be more helpful and willing help. There are other affordable furniture sites. This one doesn’t care about the customers once they receive the money. "

"I purchased 5 tables from them and upon delivery, 4 of the 5 were damaged. I submitted a claim and asked for replacement products. I waited 5 months for an answer from them which was no. Because the exterior of the boxes were not damaged they would not replace them. They offered a 20% discount. Buyer beware. The boxes looked fine and the driver wouldn't stay for me to open the boxes so I really had no choice but to accept them. When I contacted the company again, I asked Eric if I ordered the tables again and spent another $1,200 minus my 20%, could he guarantee me they would replace them if they were damaged and he said no. If you order from them you are playing roulette, good luck getting a driver to stay while you unpack your boxes and if the exterior looks fine you are S.O.L."
