The customer service rep was irritated and extremely rude. This is one of the worst restaurant supply companies to work with. Super unprofessional and they do not care about their customers at all!!"

"This was my first order with Restaurant Supply Pro, but the experience was most positive. I saved a significant amount of money, ordering was nearly effortless and delivery was very rapid. I called customer support for a clarification regarding the item and that contact was very pleasant and effective. Delivery of the heavy chrome shelves was faster than could be reasonably expected. "Delivery was fast and the item well packed. However, the electronic beeper on the FMP Commercial Duty Mechanical Timer worked only intermittently. Partial dismantling revealed a faulty connection. Putting a deeper bend in the affected relay contact cured it from wiggling, and the timer now works. However, it still rings 1 minute and 20 seconds premature, due to poor alignment of the shaft with the analogue dial face."
"I have been in the restaurant buisness for the last 25 years or so . I have not had a worst customer service than this one.
I ordered 75 LB fryer two weeks ago paid for it and until now I can't get an answer on when it will ship or tracking number. I left 3 messages on their answering machine and emailed them 4 times and not even one reply so far . I am calling my credit card company canceling the transaction and will never ever order from them again. In my opinion they are fraud. "

"We received our order in less than 3 weeks after ordering it. We received a response to a question we had within a day. We were happy with the process and would order again if Restaurant Supply carried another product we were interested in. The only downside was the $16 in shipping, however it was still cheaper than the competitors."
