"I've been using Results RNA glutathione spray for about 6 months now, since learning about how critical glutathione is, despite its depletion with aging. I just assumed the product was providing me overall protection. But when, as usual, I came down with the flu this month (as I do every year) despite my many consistent precautions, I began to wonder if the product works as its creators intend it to work. I visited the company website, read through their "studies," and having a list of respectful questions called their toll-free and direct lines to speak with a representative about proof of product efficacy. I called all day long, always getting a recording, then odd phone ringtones, but never did anyone ever answer the phone. That is when I became very suspicious and did some online research turning up credibility questions about the company. If a company doesn't make itself available to answer the public's questions, people are going to being to doubt the company's motives. Unless I can get in touch with a Results RNA rep who can answer my questions satisfactorily, my family will immediately stop any future purchases of this company's products."

"On September 2, 2011 I called ResultsRNA to inquire about so called MSDS ("material safety datasheet") which was required by USPS for mailing abroad their ACS200 product.

A person who identified himself as "Keith" answered the phone and immediately promised that he will mail that MSDS with the product if I order it. He then transferred me to a person identified as "David" who again promised to mail the MSDS with the 4OZ bottle.

Despite being mailed "Priority Mail" the package arrived on September 9, 2011 only - a week later!

I then opened it and was shocked to discover than no MSDS was included. I have no use for this product if I cannot mail it, because it is intended for a family member living abroad, not for me. So, I called their ResultRNA's toll-free number again, and again "Keith" answered, promising to email the MSDS the same afternoon or first-thing Monday (September 12) morning.

The MSDS didn't show up even late Monday morning. So I called "Keith" again, and this time I wasn't surprised at all to hear him giving excuses and promising the illusive MSDS by referring me to "David".

At this point I understood that I am dealing with an untrustworthy person/company and I asked my money back. He then pretended to perform a refund transaction on his computer, promising that I will see it on my credit card account in 2-3 days.

It's now 4 days... and no sign of any such transaction. Tomorrow I am going to report to the credit company, but for now suffice it to warn the public against this horrible & deceptive company.
