"I am a regular customer and spend big at this site. Normally return2health is brilliant, but when we tried to promote one of their products (OM-X) at our own expense by placing an order to be delivered to a different address so our friends could try out the probiotic they changed the address to one we have not used in a very long time because couriers do not come to this area. We now had to do a two hour drive over rough dirt roads to retrieve the parcel and then had another one hour drive to a place where there was a post office so we could re-send to the parcel to the correct address costing us another postal charge on top of the one we had already paid. I emailed return2health wanting to know why they did this before we did another promotion for them but they never even bothered to reply to our email. I would have thought as a good customer they would have at least had the courtesy to reply to an email. This experience has been very disappointing indeed."
