"This company really screwed up my order last order. They had a product out of stock but didn't tell me until they sent the order to me. The website should have indicated the out of stock product and not taken my credit card order for it. I could have ordered it elsewhere and would have it by now. Also, they substituted another product which I didn't want for something I wanted and the invoice didn't reflect this. Incompetent packing people in the shipping department? Can't read English? At this point, not sure when I'll get the back order. Will think three times before ordering from this company again."
