"I made the order a few weeks ago, and it was only when I got this survey that I remembered that the order hadn't arrived. I called up and was told (by a very nice person), that my order was still sitting in the warehouse. Apparently they were waiting for an item that had run out. I would have expected someone to call/email and let me know. It's put me off this website."

We're sorry it didn't arrive as quickly as you expected. Deliveries to PO Boxes can take a little while longer than our Couriered packages as they are sent by Post. It was despatched after the weekend on the 19th so it will have arrived by the start of this week. While not possible for everyone, we are able to courier items on a 2-5 day delivery plus tracking at no extra charge.
