I called several of the numbers listed on the website yesterday afternoon to pursue the enquiry (Melbourne, New Zealand) and was advised that number had been disconnected in one case and was the wrong number in another. Very disappointed by lack of response. I have been a customer for 4 or 5 years. It would be good if you could respond to my query. If not I will purchase the products elsewhere in future. "
