"I do not like Toll, first time I had to chase up the parcel as I was not home when it was delivered and it was sent back to the depot. This time I have been informed the parcel was delieved on the 14th, the day I was home. I had also checked to leave without a signature yet no parcel has been left and I had been out on the front area since Wednesday. Other delivery services offer alternative deposit places e.g. post office or area in the property. Toll does not. They are looking into it but I disappointed with this delivery service "

"Quick reliable service and acceptable freight rate. Only issue for me is that you now use a courier service instead of Australia Post. Couriers come any time of the day and often do not leave parcels if no one home. This results in me having to drive 20 klms (40klms round trip) for pick up. Doesn't happen often but when it does it's a very big hassle."
