That's why our return policy exists, we're happy for first time users to return products opened or not for a refund.
Unfortunately we can't cover the cost of the return of the products back to us, so there is an expense to this return that our customers will have to cover. It's very unfortunate that the cost of this return outweighed the potential refund of the product. But, we fail to understand how this set of events has led to any scams being conducted.
