"I don't have a problem with the product, Serretia, I purchase regularly from Return2Health. I do, however have a problem with the contracted courier, Toll, that delivers it. I live in a semi-rural area on acreage and we're often not about when the delivery is made so I opted for the No Signature Required option (to save Toll the trouble of having to return to deliver the parcel) and was asked to give instructions for the driver to follow to deliver my parcel.
My instructions were simple, concise and offered 2 alternatives - one if the gate was open and one if the gate was locked. The driver obviously didn't read my instructions and chose to come up with his own version that was neither of the 2 I had given. Consequently, when I tracked my parcel, I discovered it had been delivered 2 days earlier! I looked again as I had on the 2 previous days but only in the places I had nominated the parcel be left and it was not to be found.
I phoned Toll and spoke to a man named 'Jeremy' who was well-mannered but whom I could not understand and had to beg his pardon repeatedly. He said he'd report the missing parcel. An hour later I received a call from a woman with another western name, 'Lucy' who was equally difficult to understand. She asked me, "Have you located my parcel yet?" as if I was supposed to have received further information regarding its delivery. I informed her I had not as I had already looked several times in the places I had asked for it to be delivered... "Please leave on the BBQ table at the back door. But if the gate is locked, please leave in the bag hanging on the front fence, under the letter box, behind the "Sunnyhaven" sign. Thank you."
After that call, I decided to play detective and looked elsewhere. I found the parcel behind a plant on the tray-table (that looks nothing like a BBQ table) beside the FRONT door! We never use the front door because, due to drought, the house has shifted and we cannot open it which is why I asked that the parcel be left at the BACK door. Not good enough, Toll!"

Toll are usually very good, but they do sometimes let us down if something goes wrong - contacting them and getting answers from the local offices or drivers can unfortunately take a full day which we find is too long to wait.
We'd just like to let you know that we do offer two other options if you choose to order from us in the future. We offer DHL as an alternative courier option which is fully tracked and quite fast (but also costs a bit more). You can also request to have your order sent via Australia Post, simply do so in the comments section on our checkout page. While this option is slower some of our customers prefer it.
