Delivery time is a big failure

"I waited 11 days for my order to be processed and dispatched, not including the time for it to get here Australia from NZ. That is unacceptable, I will not be ordering from return2health.net again. I normally order for healthpost, they're much more expensive, but the freight is free over $70 and your order is processed immediately and delivered less than 11 day"

“Thanks for communicating this to us , most people receive their order averaging 2-3 days delivery in QLD ( and most states except Perth is a bit longer ) . As we have explained ( via the email you did get ) , we were out of stock of this product - and this should never happen but it just so happened that our stock was incorrect for this one. We did email you the next business day after you ordered to explain but you said you did not receive that email.

So - we certainly take full responsibility here , sincerely sorry for your experience! Our offer to make this right for you in whatever way we can is still open. This is a very unusual sequence of events and we will be thinking about how we can stop this from happening again. Customer service is of the highest importance to us!

"After I forgot to add an item to my order I emailed and asked if they could please add it to my existing (and paid for) order. I got a response from David who arranged for me to call him and pay for my other item, adding it to my original order and saving me money on shipping.
David was very kind.
Shipping was very fast. I placed an order with another vitamin company on the same day, it's been 10 days and it's still not arrived.
Return to health arrived in 3 days.

I wouldn't hesitate to shop with you again.

"The service was great, just a bit surprised about the pricing.
I had put in the amount on my visa card that it came to $219.76
But when I received the product they had charged an extra $5 on my visa.

The product was on the internet at $39.92, but it came to over $40 with the extra charge.

There is no extra charge associated with purchase (product price + shipping only) but the invoices we send with the package is in NZD, while the purchase price online could have been in AUD. This can be a little confusing once the invoice arrives as it is a higher value than it was online, but this is only due to the difference in exchange rate between AUD and NZD.
