"This is a tough review to write. My shopping experience was good and the shipping time was excellent, so my hopes were high. But, when I opened the shipping box, it was clear that the product box had already been opened and the contents inside were not packed as they should be from the factory if the item was unused. All the contents were removed from their plastic wrapping and the muffler had visible scuffing. So, 5-star for shopping experience and ship time, but 1-star for sending a used product as new. 3 stars."
