"The website is easy to browse and purchasing is easy as well. The helmet was packaged well and I received it without damage. In the future don't ever ship to the Philippines through USPS. Once the item arrives in the Philippines, customs has to clear it and then the Philippines Post office takes possession of it. That's where the plethora of headaches and anxiety begin. Philpost is a nearly defunct organization. With Philpost, customer service and package tracking are unavailable and/or useless. If a package is delivered, it's considered of a miracle. I suggest, in the future, that you communicate and coordinate with your customer in order to ascertain the most reliable and reasonable method to ship a package outside the United States of America. The cost of shipping may be higher, but the greater guarantee of successful delivery is worth it."

"I ordered 2 items to be delivered to Australia. I received one of the items after a few days and the other item has been in transit for almost a month with USPS. The only feedback I am receiving from Revzilla is to wait for it as the item is still on its way but there is a limit as to how long I am prepared to wait for a part I need for a bike that isn’t moving. Really disappointed with the outcome although I understand it is not entirely Revzilla’s fault. "
