"First I'd like to confirm that this is not the fault of the mail carrier. The packaging the items were shipped in was sealed and in tact. This means your company or distribution employee put a damage item with missing parts into the bag and mailed it. The plastic on the packaging was shattered and only contained a single foot peg. If the plastic was damaged in transit all of the missing items would still be in the package when opened but out of the box. It is missing one foot peg mount and all parts necessary to install the mounts to the bike. Again, someone looked at this item and decided to ship it in this way. Then customer support tried to pawn off the mistake on UPS no matter how many times I explained it could not have possibly been their fault unless they opened the sealed shipping packaging, damaged and removed items, then sealed the packing back together and put a new shipping label on it. I was finally approved for a replacement item. This experience has me very skeptical about the quality of the products sold by Revzilla and their ability to competently take care of their customers. Unsure if I'll buy her again or if I'll use another website for my parts and accessories. "
