"This is not the same company that I've bought from in years past. Their site says that your orders ship the next business day. It's coming into the 3rd business day and finally only one of the items in my order has shipped. Do these people realize that you chose to order from them bc you have a timeline of your own to meet and their website promises actual results? I messaged customer service 2 days ago and they have not messaged back. I called their phone number and it rang with my on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up! Their online chat had me hold for over 5 minutes even though it told me that I was the only one in line! After the chat rep told me that he was going to email x,y,z persons to try getting an update, I told him that I'll probably just cancel after all this nonsense as Dennis Kirk's site says they will ship my items today. No apologies, no offers of discounts for my troubles, and when I told them this will be my last order from revzilla, his only reply was that he felt that's totally understandable.

"I ordered an item from RevZilla and an item from cyclegear at the same time both arrived at the same time, but cyclegear sent me my shipping info and tracking number the next morning. RevZilla however, never sent my shipping or tracking info. Although it’s not really a problem, I just like to be aware of what’s going with my online orders. "
"Here’s what happened chronologically. I ordered a single comms unit for a helmet on Wednesday April 13 and it said “Ships within 24 hours”. I ordered some other stuff the next day. On Friday April 15 I see it still hasn’t shipped, so I chat some RevZilla guy who tells me it will ship by the end of the day. The weekend comes and goes, I receive the stuff I ordered AFTER but still no comms unit, and it’s still not shipped. I chat someone else Tuesday April 19 and she says she’ll take care of it and gives me some zillacash. Wednesday April 20, still hasn’t shipped, so I decide to try calling in. After TWICE waiting on hold for ten minutes just to be hung up on, I decide to try again the next day. Thursday April 21, I call and get a hold of someone who tells me they’re very busy at the warehouses, gives me more zillacash and his contact info to follow up later. Monday April 25th, I call this persons extension to see why it still hasn’t shipped (over the weekend I saw he deleted the order and reordered the item, unsure of why, but this new order hadn’t shipped yet either), but he didn’t answer so I left him a voicemail with my contact info. Today is Tuesday April 26th and after 13 days and contacting the company around 6 times I’ve FINALLY managed to get the item shipped to me! It might be helpful to change the shipping time to “Ships in 24-312 hours provided you contact us 6 times after the order” to avoid this in the future."
