"I’ll say, they do right when there’s an issue with your order being damaged from poor packaging or problems on their end with shipping. I’ve had issues with the last 3 orders. Ordered a helmet ,in stock ships in 24 hrs, that took a week to get in the mail. Ordered a derby cover gasket for a M8 Street Glide that was sent in a plastic bag too small for the gasket, so it was bent to make it fit. It showed up a mess. They said it would be another week before it would even be put in for shipping, bc they destroyed the only one in stock. Just ready to use this in store credit and go back to Dennis Kirk, who may not be perfect, but they aren’t Revzilla levels of issues. "
