When this reality came to light, Revzilla took back the old ones and ave me a break on ordering he right ones for my 8 and 10 year old girls. "I had recently made a purchase on a closeout deal on Knox mk2 Richmond jeans. When I received the pair it came without the armor that was supposed to be included. The first solution I was given was to keep the pair and I would get a 15% discount off any Armour I want. That was nice of RevZilla but seeing as how that would cost more than what I paid for an I was missing parts the replacement should have been complementary. I then tried to get the items swapped for a similar priced contender only to find out that my order automatic refunded. Overall, RevZilla delivers great customer service. I often end up satisfied with them as a company. I am aware that riding season is approaching and that they are probably busy with other customers but this was just a personal experience of mine. "
