I’m not sure if I’m happy with the product yet because it’s missing important hardware. The adapter to attach the O2 sensors are missing. I got all the way to that stage of the install and had to quit. Harley shop isn’t open. Boooooo! Now I have to wait longer. "

Talked to Kat at customer service, got all the paperwork sorted and returned the Shoei. Easiest return ever. Kept the purchase price as store credit and when the Shoei was received, purchased the Arai Regent X which shipped the next day. All in all, an easy, hassle free process. Thanks, love the Arai."
