It could not be secured properly to the muffler, it did not fit, it was the wrong part. The inner wrapping listed a number but then it was crossed out and replaced with another number. I tried to contact the manufacturer, Freedom Performance but the number printed on the included instruction page was "No longer in Service". It took some convincing for Customer Service to authorize the return. That was disappointing especially being a Rider Plus member. I gave them 2 stars because once I shipped them back, my refund was process quickly. "

3- gloves that the stitching came loose after 3 days
4- plastics for the ktm and the only item that was good to go.
