"The Vortex gas cap was thrown in the bottom of a HUGE box. 1 thin strip of bubble wrap was thrown into the box with the cap. The cap wasn't even wrapped in the bubble wrap. So upon opening, the Vortex gas cap was just laying in the bottom and thus thrown around in an empty box during shipping. Horrible way to ship anything. I shot video of it. That makes me weary to order anything that requires care when shipping. "
