The Customer Service person was more than helpful and I actually had an enjoyable conversation with him exceeding the mere helmet that I was returning. Long story short, I had to return (2) before getting the right one and the process was seamless. They are a great company with knowledgeable employees, personalble employees and very good products. Their website is equally above other corporate entities where it is easy and intuitive to navigate. Their provided reviews attached to the pages for various products are helpful as well and again delivered by individuals that do not put one to sleep in the process! There will be no hesitation on my part to visit Revzilla online or in person the next time I find myself or bike in need of gear, a gadget or a mechanical item. "
