"Simply the best review site I have ever come across. I was looking for a new camera, so I trawled through many amazon customer reviews and online articles, but nothing was as particular and non-biased as Reviewed.com. Within 10 minutes I had made my decision, a Sony Alpha A7 was ideal for me. I will definitely return whenever I need to decide between any tech, from Televisions to Cars, 10/10 would definitely recommend. "

"My previous review earlier today regarding Tom in Returns Gokeyless.
I was quite surprised to have a phone call from Tom in the Return Dept. for Gokeyless shortly after sending in my review today.
He explained that he had not received my e-mail (regarding my return of a lock purchased and received late Friday.( that was not exactly what I had ordered).
He explained that the company policy is to contact any customer that is returning items purchased, 24 hours after
they receive any e-mails or phone calls.
Since I had not allowed them at least a 24 hour time frame to contact me (so that I could straighten the matter out) I should have at least gave him the courtesy of waiting a while longer to hear from him..
I owe an apology to Tom and the return dept. for coming down hard on them in my review
I also realize that there probably was other people ahead of me that had questions about returning items as well on Tuesday.
Also, living on the West coast, there is a 3 hour time zone change from Ohio that was not in my favor to talk with any one there so late after their closing time on Friday.
