"Beware, if you buy product from them. They offer a 30 day return policy, but the product MUST be in their hand within 30 days. Thus in order to return the product with minimal shipping charges you need to return the product at least 5 days prior. What is more frustrating is they are just a middle man for the manufacturer, for me it was Tour Edge. Tour Edge will not only give a grace period they provide free shipping on returns! Further when you get a RMS from Revolution they are actually having you send the product back to Tour Edge!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM REVOLUTION GOLF!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE "
"I ordered a driver in July and paid in full. After several months, I called to find out where the driver was, and found out it was back ordered. The person on the telephone could not tell me when it would be sent or available. This week, I wrote to cancel my order and asked for the full refund. The next day I received an email saying it had shipped that day. Coincidence?? I don't think so.. Very poor customer Service!

"Ordered 4 and 6 Hybrid tour edge clubs May 29 at 10:30 PM. Called and emailed 9:00 AM the next morning to change to 3 and 5 hybrids. Talked to Jeff, he said oh I have your order here no problem. $ days later got the 4 and 6 I had canceled. Contacted re getting an RMA. Sent clubs in on 6/6, they were received on 6/7. Called and told them I'd like a credit and don't send me any replacements. Called back on 6/15 to check on my credit. IT was like they never heard of it. After waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, the rep came back to say that he had gotten it approved and I would be seeing my credit in 7 to 10 days. It is now 7 days later and still no credit. Very hard to contact these people. If you email them you get an auto response saying they are very busy and you will get a response in 3-5 days!!!"
"I can see why Revolution Golf would not wish to participate in a ratings review. They have almost no way to contact them accept through e-mail, which they seem to ignore. Their products are generally good, but if you have a problem there is no real way to resolve the issue. Until they do better with customer service I would be very wary of this company. The fact that both their phone numbers and live Internet chat have been discontinued is another reason to be wary."
