"i ordered on 23rd and paid on 24th and they sent mail saying my order had been shipped on the 26th by air mail. Around August 3rd I began to send email...three in total but they didn't answer. Finally after the fouth email they sent mail saying they had answered the other (which they hadn't) and that the order had been shipped on the 26th and wait.
Finally on the 11th of August I received my order which had actually only been sent on the 5th of August...not the 26th of July like they had said.
When I opened my package they had sent the totally wrong product and I have tried to contact them by email again several times and get no response at all. I am still waiting for a response.
There is no phone number to contact if there is any problem so it is totally up to their whim whether they give you an service or not after they have received your money.
8/15 I am still waiting for a reply about my delivery problem and get no response. However, my friend sent a question asking about a product that he wanted to buy and got a response in under two hours. I have been waiting a week.
It seems when you are going to give them money they can reply right away but when you have a problem with your order you can't get any response.

finally received email from them saying they will send the right product by global express (3-7 days) and received tracking number but not able to track yet. will be happy when finally receive the correct product...hopefully within the week."
"I ordered a Swap Magic and Fliptop cover from these guys and am quite dissapointed. The status of my order only seemed to change when I emailed them, just like many other reviews here. My order was not shipped until almost a week later (though that was partly due to the fact that a correction was made to my order information). I received my order about a week later through airmail but realized that I ordered the wrong fliptop version. I emailed them twice, asking them if it were possible to return/exchange it and received no reply though in other reviews, people have said that they were able to return their orders with no problems. I had to email them every time for my order status to finally change and now they won't even reply when I need to return it."

"After reading numerous reviews and posts on forums, I was very excited about the idea of being able to back up my PS2 games and keep my original copies away from the little fingers of my five year old brother, without having to void my warranty.
Lets start with the pros first. I found this store ha the best prices, and it was one of the only two stores that offer the front tray cover for the ps2. The store layout allows you to navigate it with ease, as well as the painless checkout. The shipping and handling was very fair, and the total price came out as not to break your pocket.
The only con I found is that the two pieces of plastic that compose the product are cheaply made with flimsy plastic. Also it took the product a couple extra days to come than advertised, however I understand this was a delay by the post office and not them.
