"The item I ordered was a "hard to find size" It is a 6' x 6' Square rug. After much searching all over the internet, I found what I thought was an "in stock" rug with the size and color binding that I was searching for. I placed my order on June 15, 2012 and have not received it as of yet. I have emailed Revolution Rugs a couple of times and they have always been very prompt in responding to my email inquiries. I cannot comment on the product because I do not have it, but I was informed by one of the staff members that this rug and size is actually a made to order rug. I assumed since the size was on the website as one of the choices, that it was an in stock rug, but was notified that was not the case. I have been extremely satisfied by the excellent communication from Revolution Rugs, but I thought I would have had my rug by now since it says "7 day ground shipping." However, I am sure I am going to love this rug, so sometimes great things are really worth the wait! I just wish I knew it was a made to order product and not an in stock product.
