"Bought a used Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie in early March 2020 from Clyde Revord Motors in Everett Washington. Check engine light was on in the car lot. Salesman Trevin Pham explained it away saying the service department turned it on and would take care of it when I returned to pick up license plates and two missing hubs they ordered for it. Not true. Took the Dodge to my mechanic the next day and he scanned it. Advised me to walk away. Too late, already purchased. Should have sought to stop payment, but too late. Took the Dodge back to Clyde Revord. They subbed it out to repair the turbo, which is why the check engine light was on. Terry Flores told me they have a certified diesel mechanic on staff. I don't believe it, the Dodge was never checked as it should have been. An employee named Jerry said they have no diesel mechanic. They called when the Dodge was done and I picked it up. two days later attempted to drive it to my mechanic to have a fifth wheel hitch installed. Never made it, a couple miles down the highway it went into limp mode and the check engine light came on. Had to have it towed. Exhaust system failure. Clyde Revord said too bad, you're on your own. These people are just what you think of when you hear "used car salesman." Search reviews and read them carefully before doing business with them."
