"Rhinomart has very poor and unresponsive customer service. I made a complaint about 2 cases(60 pc each) of gloves which were damaged. They misread my signed return form and credited me for 2 pairs of gloves. Then when I tried to correct them, they asked me to photograph 120 pairs of gloves in order to get my return processed. The issue with the gloves is apparent to the touch, so cameras cannot capture it, also asking the customer to take 120 pictures of damaged merch is ridiculous. I also stated the time sensitivity of the items because they were for October holiday month long sales, which they did not respond to. Rhinomart is a very irresponsible company."
"Please do not order from Rhino Mart. I ordered some headphones from them. They sent an additional order by accident. It was a huge pain to get them to take the accidental order back. And then I found out that none of the headphones worked. I called many times only to be transferred to voicemail. I sent e-mails that were never returned. I've finally given up and donated the box to goodwill (I obviously cannot sell broken headphones). The customer service is awful, the product is awful, and I will never use them again. What a waste of money and time. I strongly advise you to use a different company."
"You can’t go wrong with Rhino Mart! Two days before my organization’s fundraising event, we needed to order a very large quantity of rain ponchos. I called numerous companies to find one who could provide the large quantity needed and to get the order shipped overnight. After many disappointing phone calls, I found Rhino Mart and was helped by a representative named Brian. Brian was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to fill our large order and rushed the order to us. I received the order when expected and was impressed that Rhino Mart kept their promise. "I live in Alaska and things in quantity are generally unavailable at local stores. I was frantically looking for measuring scoops (100) for a Mother's Day project for our youth group. I found a great deal on RhinoMart's site. I needed them quickly and tried to have the order shipped a faster method than the website offered. The website would not allow this. I e-mailed and Brian responded quickly, had me add shipping instructions in the comments. He personally checked the shipping information and expedited the order quickly. I received the order within a few days. I appreciated the willingness of Rhinomart and it's employee to go beyond the norm when many companies will not. When I am in need of additional items, Rhinomart will be my first choice. "

Order #5376 - One item not in stock even though it showed in stock when I ordered. Somewhat forgivable, however...the shipping amount for the remainder of the order did not seem right. When I asked them about it, they said that it was indeed correct so I paid it. They "credited my account" for the item they did not send.
Order #5801 - Extreme Increase in shipping after I placed my order and it was accepted, of which I was expected to pay. From $14.53 to over $70. When I refused to pay the additional fee they "credited my account."
Order #5853 - Extreme increase in prices after I placed my order and it was accepted, of which I was expected to pay. From $128.70 to $1,826.24. They "raised prices" after I placed my order.
Order #5855 - Extreme increase in prices after I placed my order and it was accepted, of which I was expected to pay. From $52.41 to $1,177.31. They "raised prices" after I placed my order.
They ran my credit card and took my money and then wanted me to pay more before they would send my order.
Thus far, I have two credits on my account and that does me no good if I cannot get them to process my orders.
I have never dealt with any firm who did business in this manner. RhinoMart made "mistakes" on my orders and expected me to pay for their "mistakes."
I've been badly bitten four times out of four attempts to order from RhinoMart.
Buyer beware.
