"Went to buy some simple switch licenses as I’ve done in the past. This time I get an email saying they are requiring me to send screenshots of my Meraki dashboard for them to process any license purchase.
Requiring information like that is unprofessional and not something any professional organization wants to give to a vendor. We ended up canceling the order because they refused to fill it otherwise. Wasted three days of our time. Buyer beware the website sale is only part of what will be required for a simple license. "
