There was no confusion or pushback when we I explained that we didn't need to be billed for some of the hardware on our previous license, as it was hardware that didn't seem to exist (probably an issue with the previous licensing process with another reseller. Not a Rhino problem). Huge helped consolidate the hardware for the new license and keep our bill at a minimum.

It was easy to get the services we required and easy to pay. These things can be like pulling teeth with other companies.
