"Ordered Roku 2 Player on 5/27 (received 'thanks for your order email) - $7 cheaper than Walmart online, received 'shipped' email on 6/1 (5 days later), hadn't received by 6/10 (2 weeks after original order), sent email to sales 6/10 - no response, sent email and 'contact' thru website to customer support on 6/13 with no response. I tried three attempts - 2 emails and 1 website contact, to resolve the issue with NO RESPONSE at all!! Now it has been almost three weeks with nothing from them...... Disputed charge on Credit Card, paid the $7 more ordered online from Walmart with additional 2 year warranty for $4 more and picked up the same day! "

"The Roku works great. Picture quality is as good as a DVD on my TV (not HD). It is easy to install and operate. Adding channels is easy. Not all movies and TV stations are free or available on all channels. This is not a Roku problem, but is worth noting if you plan to discontinue cable TV. The only problem I have is that FF and Rewind are either too fast or not fast enough. There only seems to be one speed (on Hulu - others may vary) and it's not easy to just jump back a minute.
