"I asked for a refund over a month ago. I've had to follow up multiple times over weeks w/o response. 3 weeks ago you responded saying "it takes 5-7 business days to process a refund. This is normal of any business." It's now been 15 business days since that message, and almost 25 days since my original request. I've now sent Marbel 6 follow up emails requesting the refund. At this point I really just want my money back so I can move on from this company. Marbel definitely have the absolute worst communication practices I've ever had to deal with - no joke. Check the comments on their Facebook page and blog and you'll see what I mean."
