"amazing. i had a very small issue with some dvd/r's i ordered that weren't up to specs. were 4x and i ordered 8x. this was probably, most likely the manufacturers mixup and not rima's fault. rima called to rectify the slight problem, but i said it was not that big a deal, and just let it go. they offered to take mine back and ship a different batch. i just appreciated the phone call. about an hour later, i get an email--->> "Thank you for working with us in regards to the Taiyo Yuden brand 8X discs - which are performing at 4X.
While we are at a loss as to what can solve that problem, we are appreciative of your patience as a consumer.
As something small to help mitigate the situation, we have decided to credit $10 back on to your credit card. (This is the basic price differntial between 8X discs and 4X discs). The credit will be issued by the end of business day today, and it should show up in your account or statement within 3-5 business days.

Fed ex seperated order.
Got the first box. When I emailed Rima they very promptly told me after contacting Fedex where the second box was. Due to 4th Holiday I knew I wouldn't get other package monday. Waited for delivery tuesday. Freaked out when it didn't show. Called Fedex. They put a tracer on package saying it was lost.
Next morning Rima called me on the phone and said Fedex would deliver it that day (wednesday) and that they had been closed for home delivery both monday and tuesday. Why the Fedex guy couldn't tell me that in the first place I don't know. Made me feel stupid.
Rima even emailed me the info.
I got my package as promised wednesday.
Quoting myself in my last email to Rima:

I got my package yesterday.
I would never have caused so much trouble if the Fedex guy I called tuesday night had told me what Fedex told you - that they were closed tuesday as well as monday.
I would have been patient for another day had I known.
