(I'm sorry, our warehouse need a few days to process your order before it shipped out. I just told them to rush your order, don't worry now.) When I asked what the ETA or shipping date. Their answer was (It will take 8-13 working days after it shipped.Still need a few days, sorry..They haven't reply yet, how about I reply you later?) I never received an email. Then I contacted them again on 1/16/24. I asked them how long is the process? Their answer (Sorry, I just check with our warehouse, but they haven't reply me yet. How about I email you later about the shipping time?How about we upgrade your shipping to express shipment, can you keep this order?Takes 3-5 working days after shipped) My question was
WHEN WILL it be shipped?? The order was done on DECEMBER 26th. (If you accept this, we will upgrade it for you.Is that okay?) I said yes. So far as today 1/20/24 I have not received any emails nor have I received my package.

I received a response 5 days later saying their design and manufacturing is in Hong Kong and the workers were on Holiday for their Spring Festival and my package would be shipped out as soon as they were back to work. I waiting until February 12 and sent another request for an update as the Spring Festival was over on February 4, no response. I sent another request for an update on February 17, no response. I sent a 3rd request for an update today. They were quick to debit my account for my order. Their website says to email Customer Service and you will get a response in 24 hours. This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and a POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS. If I wanted to wait weeks for my order, I would have ordered from Wish.com. I hope Ringseason reads this complaint and responds. "
"I brought the Halo shaped three set ring and was disappointed. The ring looked fake and nothing like how I pictured it would look. The band had a big guardrail on it making it very awkward to wear. After a week of having the ring, the band has broken. I have reached out for an exchange and haven't heard from amyone. I said prior I wanted a refund someone responded days after that and said they will offer an exchange and free earrings..so I said I will go with that and haven't got a response yet after several days....So upset and I will never order again from Ringseason.

Poor quality control ~ sent an email but will not hold my breath that I will hear from them. Where is the customer service? Did they all take the day off? So disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I love my ring and am going to enjoy wearing it often. It looks great as a right hand ring and it compliments my wide wedding band.
Only thing I would recommend is to expand your sizes. I got a 6.5 but I think a 6.25 would have been better. Might have to get a ring guard unless you have any suggestions.
