"The Customer Service is awful. I had bought 2 chargers and 8 cells from Ripvan, along with the recommended US insurance. After 6 business days, I received a package with 1 charger and 4 cells.Since the last 9 days I have been mailing them every single day to request the status of the remaining charger and cells without getting any response from them.Also, there is no telephonic customer service available.

Update :
I got a mail saying that the team was away on a business trip and their fulfillment service wasn't able to adequaltely replace the missing items. Also suggested that bthey will send across 4 extra cells are their way of saying sorry.
Anxiously waiting for my package to arrive.

I think it is also part of the business to inform customers that you don't have the product despite saying you do. A subsequent response recieved no reply.
I did recieve a coupon code for 15% off my next purchase along with an apology. The product works well. Just be sure you aren't in a pinch for an order, as I was. :("

"When a reseller goes out of their way to ensure the customer is happy, you can't help but feel glad you did business with them. Let me explain:

I submitted my order with Ripvan100 and paid using Paypal. The website let me know that I would not be receiving a receipt from them (Paypal supplied it) and would receive a notice once the items were shipped. So I waited patiently. A week later and having not heard anything, I emailed them to get a status. I was then made aware that an item in my order was backordered but would arrive within a week. I was none too happy about this as there was no indication on the website and the store has no real-time inventory. I ended up keeping my order active, but made the owners aware that I was not happy about the situation.

Here's what they did for me. They refunded $4.00 of my shipping and substituted the batteries I ordered for two higher capacity packs that normally cost a total of $10.40 more FOR FREE! How can you be mad at a company that goes above and beyond for the customer like that? I recommend you include this company in the short list of stores when you need good quality rechargable batteries. "

"My experience with Ripcan100 was very pleasant. I ordered a chargers that were bundled with batteries. Unfortunately, the batteries I selected on the site were on backorder (which was clearly stated on the website); I still ordered them anyway.

I had to contact the company via email about changing my shipping address and I received a rapid response from J.R. He mentioned that the backordered items would not be in for a few weeks and since these were XMAS gifts, he recommended alternatives based on what devices I would be using the batteries in. Once I made my decision, my shipment was sent out immediately and I received it in about 3 days.
