I wrote an email to their customer service and got a very prompt and personal reply with easy instructions for free return...print shipping label and drop off at UPS! I was very impressed with Lauren, one of the co-owners, who obviously read my email carefully and responded appropriately. I’ve since ordered another pair of boots and they arrived promptly and are gorgeous! I can’t wait to buy another pair!!

"Absolutely horrible company. They stole my boots I paid hundreds of dollars for! I bought my boots for my wedding and wore them one time before the seams ripped! Took a month for the company to answer my email. They told me I had to send my boots back to be repaired..... It's been months since I sent them my boots and it's like pulling teeth to get them to reply to me asked where my boots are. They just keep saying that it will be a little longer but " should be sent back to me this week", then my boots never come. I got married in these boots and they ment so much to me! Beware of this company, they are THEIVES!!!!"
"I bought a pair of boots that did not fit around the ankle, called in to exchange them, got a second pair that were just as hard. Both pair were heavy and fit poor they have quality material for the shoe, only problem is the design, it hurts the foot. I turn my ankle have a hard time walking because the weight. I paid $500 for quality shoes and these are not them. Also when you go to sign in to there website account the computer sends you to create an account. "
