"I placed an order for two swimsuits back on August 11th and my shipment still has not been received. Now I made the mistake of typing in the wrong zip code, which I take full responsibility for. However, when I tried contacting Riviera Coco Customer Service, they referred me to contact the USPS. Unfortunately, we were affected by a Hurricane in September (Irma) and I was unable to contact USPS in time before the order was shipped back to sender. I contacted them again September 2nd, and by that time the event I purchased the swimsuit for had already passed. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting. I sent another email on October 8th, 12th, 13th, 17th, and today the 23rd. It's now been almost 3 MONTHS since I placed the order and no refund or package. I am highly dissatisfied with the poor communication and service. I would never order from them again. Hopefully my money is refunded soon!! "
