"Somewhat disappointed with the overall experience! While the prices for the actual signs are reasonable, the bait and switch occur when you arrive at shipping. Throughout the whole process of choosing and customizing your signs, a box flashes up telling you that you get free shipping over $39. Guess what happens when you get to the final part of placing your order, shipping...... that's right, suddenly the free shipping has vanished because apparently it only applies to select items! Where was that mentioned during the selection process.... nowhere that's where! Now you're presented with shipping options ranging from over-priced to outright ridiculious! Although the choice of signs is good, you're gouged with the shipping charges and sucked in by fake free shipping during selection; unfortunately, the final shopping experience leaves a sour taste, so it's unlike I'll be purchasing from here again! "
