Then I called ***-***-**** given to me by Chat and when I selected #1 for order already placed the response was "Thats an invalid respones!!! They split my shipping into 2 and the cost of one smaller sign ($13+) in a package was almost as much as 5 larger signs ($16+) in the first package! I was told "shipping is done by weight". How does a small single sign weigh almost as much a five larger signs of the same material ? I was told by sales department which finally answered that this made sense to them? The answering says they represent 40 different websites. I guess nobody knows "who's is who's" "Which info applies to which site or orders" and can't keep it straight. Must be there no supervison or anyone to help keep it straight is my guess ! "
