"I took a chance and bought a Tiger Tool U-joint kit from Road trucker. Best decision since I became a mechanic. The tool worked so well, i was able to complete just about every job in much less time than it did. They also have ton of products for those who drive and I will certainly be trying some of those. There website is the best I have been to for information and they staff is highly knowledgeable on the tools they carry."
"I own a Sundanzer fridge that was just about the worst thing I ever purchased. Hinges broke. gaskets leaked and worst of all little pin holes rusted out in the compressor lines. Worst purchase of my life.
I talked to several places and finally decided to purchase a 12 Volt Engel Fridge Freezer from Roadtrucker. Price was about the same as other stores but their knowledge was far superior. Wow! What a great unit. It has both a Fridge side and a Freezer side. The sales person I talked to was great. Very knowledgeable to say the least.
Delivery was fast, I received it 3 days after I ordered it. a tracking was sent the next day with a nice note to say that I might not be able to track it until later that day.
It is also much more efficient that my piece of junk Sundanzer. My neighbor tested it and was shocked at how little power the Engel used.
I had a question and sent an email. It was answered in less that 20 minutes
All in all I am very happy with Roadtrucker and the crew. Good job guys"
"Called to find out about the RV GPS. The guy I talked to was very helpful and understood the product very well. I decided to buy it and it was awesome. much better than I thought. Nice crystal clear screen and the voice commands were better than anything I tried before. I was able to tie it into my phone and it downloaded all of my contacts. Then I said, "send message to Terry". It said ok and asked me what I wanted to say to Terry. I talked about 3 paragraphs and it did not miss a word. Totally awesome. it also has a lot of other functions that go far beyond road guidance. Puts my little picture right ton the address I live. Plays music from my phone. Plays it to my rv stereo. Shows all kinds of nifty stuff on the map. Thank you RoadTrucker for such an awesome piece of equipment and for all of your help. One of the best purchases I have every made for my rv trips."

"I have been doing business with RoadTrucker for over 10 years. I have bought many products, like logbooks, log covers, 12 volt Engel (which is an outstanding refrigerator, that still runs like new after 8 years. Bout 2 or maybe 3 12 vote tvs, a microwave and a host of other things that have made life easier for on the road.
They have an easy return policy. I had a bad tv and they replaced it. The replacement got damaged in transit and they sent a 3d one. I was not home and it was gone when I got back. I offered to buy another one, but they took care of it too an I finally got my tv. a week later I got a coffeemaker with a note saying for my troubles with the tv. Good people.
I plan on continuing to be a customer and yes of course I recommend road trucker to my trucking buddies. JL.."

"Terrible service and terrible company. They sent me the wrong product and by the time I noticed they said I had passed their return/warranty period!!! This is not a warranty issue but an issue of literally the wrong product and they said I would just need to buy another one!!!

I received a 22" Jensen TV with a defective pixel, which they thought I should be able to fix myself in just a few short steps. Didn't work of course, and I'm still waiting on a Return Authorization from Jensen 2 full weeks after my payment/order was accepted. What's worse, It's anybody's guess when I'll receive a replacement. RoadTrucker staff are not only incompetent, but rude and dishonest. I bought a new 720 GPS from them and had problems with it out of the box.
After several E-mails they told me to send it back. They do not want you to call them. It cost me $19.00 to send it back. They said they would not cover the cost, because they sent it to me free shipping. For the money I spent I could of bought this at any truck stop, and been able to walk in and return it for free.
It's not worth the money taken a chance on them."

"bought a $699 fridge. it came with no papers, hardware, or wire harness. called roadtrucker only to get yelled at, called a liar, and told my wife can't read.(apparently they dont want you to call them if they only ship you part of your order) got told to write them a letter explaining my problems, got told how nice he is to me and yelled at some more.

"I bought a tv from this company the box was missing the remote and power cord. when i contacted them i got 2 very nasty emails from frank. I would never do business again with this company and dont recommend them to anyone.frank needs counseling he has issues."
