"I've had your high speed service since Feb and from then I have not been pleased. Recently I upgraded my high speed cable to the deluxe pckge resulting in horrible performance. I called repeatedly and not one rep was able to solve my problem. I currently pay $145 a month for my cable & high speed so I was actually thinking I was a high value customer I guess I was mistaken. I am currently in the process of finding a new provider due to the fact that not only could none of your reps help me after explaining to them what I needed they simply suggested that I just deal w/ the slow performance. I have never had this type of service living in New Jersey and never had to call about my high speed services. I just hope that no one else figures out that your high speed cable is the same speed as dsl and your reps are as use full as an air conditioner in the artic. "
