"I was a little hesitant at first to order from Robert Wayne because I had never heard of them before. After reading reviews, I decided to go for it since they were the only place I could find that had what I was looking for in stock. I ordered Birkenstock Women's Boston Clogs in Taupe and within two days they had shipped. I received them about 2 days later than expected, but that is due to FedEx's influx of packages during the holiday season. My only complaint is the shoebox was packaged in a bag rather than another box which caused the shoebox to be a little torn, but that can be remedied. Overall, however, I have no real complaints about their process or quality of service. 10/10 would purchase from this company again!!"

"The online ordering process was a nightmare. Then when the boots arrived one boot looked like it had been tried on a 1000 times, creased up, it felt as though it was a whole size bigger. Horrible customer service on the chat and on the phone with customer service. This company has no interest in helping the customer. Do your self a favor and pick a different company to shop with."
