After several weeks of "I promise it's shipped" Aaron Beller (when he would finally answer the phone) admitted the supplier sold their last one to someone else. He promised a refund in several days. Almost two weeks later - still no refund. And a followup conversation started out with "You mean they didn't issue the refund?" and ended with nasty threats after he admitted he knew it hadn't been done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL RETAILER. I will."

"Absolutely the worst company to purchase from online. I bought a pair of boots from them- the wrong size was sent and it took me forever to reach any one at the company regarding their error. I was made to send the boots back (at $20+ for UPS) and received a promise that I would be refunded for the boots, original shipping and the return shipping. NONE of those things happened. I reported them to BBB and they stated they went out of business and would send me a check. That was last year! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- ALL CROOKS!!! "
