"I ordered from glockparts.com and was invoiced with rockyourglock.com. It looks like they are running two different websites since the items and prices are the same. I ordered a slide extension that was completely different from what was on the image on the website and instantly knew that this was not an OEM item. It didn't even fit right in the receiver. They told me it should function correctly after I pointed out that it was probably not an OEM part. Steer clear from this site if you are expecting OEM parts. Your probably better off ordering from a local shop. This was not OEM as advertised."

"I purchased a Tactical Solutions 22 conversion kit for my Glock from RYG. I was concerned about reliability issues and compatibility with my gen 4, so I phoned and spoke with Dan several times before placing my order. Dan was very friendly and helpful, and they shipped my package promptly at a reasonable cost.
The first trip to the range I had constant issues with the conversion. I spoke with local armorers and then with Dan again, who suggested some possible fixes. I obtained an additional part and went back to the range, but the conversion still would not work. I contacted Dan again, and he had me send it back for a full refund.
Based on this experience I will be avoiding Tactical Solutions products in the future. However I am more than happy to shop at Rock Your Glock again and recommend them to others. Outstanding service."

"Received all parts ordered except my barrel. Invoice inside package stated the barrel was shipped separately on 12/27 but was not provided a tracking number. After several days I try to call their number numerous times, only to get a message saying the "mailbox was full" (probably due to customer complaints). Emailed inquiring a tracking number for the barrel. Delayed response saying they'd send me a number but that I should be receiving the barrel early this week. Another delayed email with a tracking number, which showed it hadn't been shipped! No explanations at all as to the numerous lies I've been told, even after emails complaining about their customer service. I will never do business with these people again and encourage everyone else to choose another Glock accessory company. Worst customer service I've ever encountered for gun parts!"
"received my order from rockyourglock after 1 1/2 weeks. The "black" Lone Wolf barrel I ordered is absolute crap. The "black oxide" finishing done by RockYourGlock had already wore off the top corners before I had even opened it. Wouldn't recommend ordering from them as they misrepresent their items and have slow shipping.
Summary: it wasn't a black oxide Lone Wolf barrel as the part number would make it seem. It was a regular barrel with the LWD etched logo on the top and a poor blackened job done themselves."
