"I order 4 items through rockabilia, and when I received the items I was very disappointed in the quality. I decided to return the items. I called and asked about the return process. I was told just send the items back in a box with the receipt inside. I told the lady I spoke with that this seemed a bit suspicious, how will I have any documentation of the return. She said nobody ever had a problem with it before. So I really had no choice but to follow there return policy. So I returned the items, but prior to returning the items I took photos of the shipment for my own documentation. Sure enough I received a partial refund, they said I was missing 1 item in the return. I called them and told them I returned all items and took photos to prove it. The "customer service rep" said in was lying. I asked for id number for this rep and she wouldn't give me anyway to id her because I was a lier. So I called the company directly, spoke to the manager. She called me a lier as well and wouldn't investigate the matter. Never have I been treated like this by any company, top to bottom. The worst customer service I have ever had. Everyone I spoke to was rude and there answers were very suspicious. "

I ordered a sweatshirt as a birthday gift. They had 2 versions, I ordered the $20 more version for better graphics and higher quality material. I had to contact them to get any shipping info. Received the wrong (cheaper) version. Their only option was for me to pay to return it, and get a refund at their subjective discretion. They made no effort to own up to their mistake and kept the $20 difference. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be doing yourself a favor and your wallet. Shame on you and your lack of customer service."

The company is making me pay to have it shipped back and pay to have the correct one shipped to me.

"Got 2 baseball jerseys, which are basically 3/4 sleeves t-shirts, $25 each + $26 shipping (so much for free shipping). With the exchange rate, in Canadian dollars, the order came up to $92,37!! And 3 weeks later, I just got a FedEx custom/shipping bill of $19.57.
That's a total of 110.00 canadian dollars for 2 t-shirts! That's a total rip-off. Canadians, shop somewhere else!"
"I made an order on Nov. 18 for Dec. 25 aka Christmas for a friend, just 1 shirt. By Dec. 30 I still haven't received it. When I requested a refund they sidestepped my request and refused to refund me until I received the package and sent it back to them at my expense plus a 10% restocking fee. WTH kind of business is that. I didn't want a refund or to rip off the company I just wanted a shirt for Christmas. They failed to deliver it a month later even though it ships from within the States and they are terribly fumbling their return policy and are trying to nickel and dime for an average quality shirt.
You're better off going some place else or buying directly from China.
Tip for consumers: Do not use them, please go somewhere reputable with timely shipping and decent quality."
"If there was a way to leave ZERO STARS.... I would!! Don't buy from these people. They misrepresent what they are selling. I ordered an adult size Medium tee but when it arrived it sure wasn't close to an Adult Medium. It was either a Junior Medium or an Adult Small to Extra Small. This was supposed to be a present for someone & he ended up getting half a present because this was too horrible to give him! And to return it & get a replacement I would have to pay to ship it & pay a restocking fee. I contacted the company & they only had excuses about how they get things from different suppliers & can't be held responsible & said they would waive the reship fee, but I would have to pay the restock fee. Can't be held responsible????!!! That's what is wrong with crappy companies like this. No ownership. Just not worth it.
Crappy company & they have HORRIBLE "customer service" hours. I will never buy from this horrible company. I warn EVERYONE NOT TO BUY from these horrible people. "I ordered a T-shirt at Christmas as a gift. I paid for it immediately but then was informed it was back ordered. After numerous emails regarding that it was still back ordered, I just recently got an email that it was discontinued! There was never a mention about the refund, I had to email them. It’s taken almost three months since I initially placed the order. I’m still waiting on the refund. I’m crossing my fingers."
"NEVER EVER order items listed as back ordered or pre-order- you'll *for sure* never receive it.
Problem is they have designs from like 20 years ago that you can't find anywhere else, and because of that, it **** people in.
Always consider ordering a size up, esp on longsleeves and hoodies. The shirt print and material is lousy one order and perfectly fine the next.
Really I can't recommend this site at all unless you're ordering dumb stuff like patches, which are hard to screw up."
"There was no warning about the product I wanted being on back order until after the purchase. After a few days I looked around at other sites and it was out of stock everywhere. Funny thing is, they actually took the product off their site completely and kept my money. No intention of refunding my money even though they know that they cannot fill the order.

"I found Rockabilia back in 2014 and was pretty excited about a place where I could finally find almost anything music related at pretty good prices. I bought several items ( and spent plenty of money) in 2014 and 2015 and for the most part had a great experience. In Jan of 2016 I ordered several items including a Black Flag hat which I understood was back ordered and would take 2-8 weeks to ship, fair enough. So after 8 weeks (and 3 more for good measure) and no word I contacted them. I was told manufacturers sometime take longer than the 8 weeks, ok, I'm reasonable, I'll wait another month. So now it's April and still no word, contacted them again and was told they have no idea when it will ship and I could get a refund or change my order. If I wanted something else I would not have ordered a Black Flag hat, I want the friggin hat! So my only choice is to wait, 3 more months go by and I get an email that my item had shipped (6 months after ordered) and being in the process of moving forgive me, but it wasn't a big priority to remember to change my address with Rockabilia. I can't blame Rockabilia for the USPS losing my hat but it is their fault that it took 6 months to ship. When I contacted them about this they said since they had shipped it I'm basically screwed. And no, whoever is living in my old house did not get it, the tracking number to this day still shows it as being forwarded. It is somewhere in a postal warehouse but even the postal service can't locate it. So while technically that is not Rockabilia's fault, the horrific wait time and horrendous lack of customer service is, I still have no hat and no 40 dollars. I hope you enjoy my 40 Rockabilia, your'e not getting ANY more of my money!"
"My experience with Rockabilia was horrible. Shipping and availability to Canada was a huge issue. I ordered 5 shirts in April. The ones they had in stock took 6 weeks to arrive, they blamed it on the mail service and the border. My final shirt arrived in August. The biggest problem, however, is that the quality of the graphics is poor. They are out of proportion, not centered, and lack detail. What I received looked nothing like the website. I reluctantly sent two shirts back, expecting it to be a hassle. I tracked my return and it took 4 business days for my package to get to the return address! Why did it take 6 weeks to ship the package in the first place? The primary issue is the quality. I returned two shirts and with freight, exchange, and restocking fees my credit was the value of one only one shirt. I recommend buying graphic T's anywhere else but from Rockabilia, especially if you are in Canada. The shirts that I received are just plain cheesey."
"Shirts are really low quality, stitching started falling apart after 1 wash. Also they order pizza once a week and they don't tip the people that deliver their food. Honestly, what kind of scumbags don't tip. Low quality products made by low quality people."

"I emailed a question regarding a shirt I had ordered that was on back order. My email was answered immediately and efficiently. I was able to choose a replacement shirt (because of my own impatience) quickly and virtually effortless. Very good experience. Def a 10/10 for customer service! !"
