" Rocketfish has an excellent product in concept. It's a Wireless Rear Speaker Kit RF-WHTIB. It eliminates the need to run hard wires from your receiver to your surround sound speakers. I'm disappointed with the product since it "pops" every 5 to 10 minutes, and scares the crap out of me every time it happens.

When I contacted Rocketfish it, looking for a reason it happens and a possible solution. It took them an extended period of time to get back to me. They claimed I would hear from someone within 48 hours, but it was over a week actually as I remember it. Ultimately the customer service rep was pleasant and did apologize for the delay while accepted responsibility for it. He said they were receiving excessive email at the time. I can only suspect that it's for this same reason. You'd think they'd work harder to fix it.

Even though they were not able to tell me exactly what the issue most likely is. They did give me several things to check. Overall I can't really complain too much about their service other than the slow response. I am a little disappointed in the product, but not enough to return it I guess. "
