"I placed an order and put a different ship to address than my billing address. I clearly saw the two different addresses on my order before I placed it. I received the confirmation of the order showing the rock was going to my billing address several hundred miles away! So, I thought, easy fix...I'll call them. Nope!! No phone #. I messaged them on Facebook. No reply. Replied to the order confirmation. No reply. Filled out a correspondence form on their website that says that they monitor it constantly, and will reply very quickly. NOT TRUE!! If my rock gets shipped to the shipping address, it will be refused and I will not pay for it. What terrible customer service for a company!"

"TL;DR review: It took over a month to get my fake rock. This is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever gone through, and I’ve been buying things online regularly since 1999. It’s also the second-to-worst customer service I’ve ever received (second to a large cable TV and internet provider). If I hadn’t opened a dispute resolution/refund request ticket through PayPal, I don’t believe I would have ever received my fake rock. Before you buy fake rocks from this guy, be sure to check out competing sellers on eBay that sell the same rocks from the same manufacturer at about the same price. I’ll buy from them next time should the need arise.
Detailed review: To save myself some typing, I’ll copy + paste my experience with this seller from my refund request dispute ticket with PayPal:
Order placed April 20
PayPal ticket opened May 19.
“Order #— placed on April 20 on seller's website. Order still shows as processing (not shipped) on seller's website order tracking tool. Seller does not respond to my contact form inquiries or emails unless I threaten to request a refund due to no response from normal inquiries. I even told the seller that if the product is back-ordered, just to let me know and I'd order the product elsewhere (or wait if it was only ~one week delayed, something reasonable). Seller's website states that most orders are shipped out within two business days.
After my first direct email to seller [on May 5] (after first leaving a voicemail and reaching out via contact form several days prior and getting no response) saying I was going to request a refund since he was not responding, seller wrote back and told me [the rock] was shipping FedEx on May 5 and it was "on the semi scheduled to leave tomorrow."
Then when I had not received any sort of FedEx notification 10 days after that [on May 15], I reached out again via email to ask what is going on with my order [after calling again, leaving a voicemail, and not receiving a call back]. He said it’s shipping LTL (apparently not FedEx), that LTL drivers usually call to set up delivery (I have not received a call from any delivery service), and that he would get back to me w/tracking info. I told seller on Fri May 15 I would cancel order if I didn’t have tracking info by Mon May 18, and we’re now at 4:15pm Tues May 19. I emailed seller this morning, and have rec’d no response about LTL tracking. I also made sure that seller has both of my phone numbers (home and cell) to share with the LTL company. These #s were included in the notes section on my original order.”
Seller response on May 19:
“Forwarded the new phone numbers to DekoRRa. Waiting for LTL tracking info. Will update when received.”
My response, issue resolved/ticket closed on May 23:
“After opening this dispute ticket and reading the seller’s comment noting “Forwarded the new phone number to DekoRRa,” I realized that this seller was just having DekoRRa drop ship this product to me; he was not shipping it to me from his location of business. Please note that my correct phone number was listed in the notes of my original order placed on April 20.
The note read, “My phone # is [XYZ]. PayPal isn’t properly saving this updated phone number, so including it here in case you need to call me.”
This phone number was apparently never passed on to DekoRRa, who then used a shipping/LTL freight broker to ship the rock to me. I called DekoRRa’s customer service directly and I explained this situation to them. I gave them my correct phone number, but since they’d used a freight broker, I wound up needing to call the freight company directly and provide them with my phone number. After doing my own leg work and sorting things out with DekoRRa and Sutton Transport (the trucking company), I finally received my product on Friday, May 22.”"

"we needed a rock to cover a pond pump. Emailed the dimensions to this rocksfast and they sent back a list of ones that would fit. We ordered one and it shipped fast and looks totally real. They even put vents in the rock for us so the pump motor doesn't overheat.
Just make sure you measure carefully. These low ratings are probably from knuckleheads who dont read the directions about how to measure what you need covered...."
"I had no clue what size rocks I needed to cover our septic tank and water well. It's tricky because the inside dimensions of these rocks are nowhere near what the exterior dimensions are. I measured the well and septic tank, provided the info to Rocksfast and they suggested 4 different Dekorra rocks for me to choose from. The two I bought arrived in less than a week and look awesome. Super durable material. Very pleased."
"Horrible experience with this "company". They said "ship fast". That is BS. Placed an order at the beginning of the month. After TWO weeks of emailing, calling, writing messages on their "contact me" page without response, I had to threaten to call credit card and cancel. Some guy wrote back sorry, we sent you many messages. Must have gone to SPAM. Again, BS. Now 3 weeks later, still nothing. Home depot sell the same product with 3 days shipping. Should have gone with them instead. Big mistake. Who knows how much damage there will be when it comes, if it ever comes to ship. Also had to pay BIG BOX fee. ???"
"the worst people to deal with they recommended the proper rock with the measurements i gave them these guys sent me a rock that doesnt come close to fitting, tried calling them you will never get a person (some guy in a garage) e mailed him still got no response until called pay pal to help. this guy has the worst 5 star no hassle return policy, he wont pay the return fees as stated in his "5 star warranty" dont believe it he is a crook.. his product is plastic/epoxy over sized crap he is on ebay also STAY AWAY from this company"
