"It appears now that Rockwell Arms has defrauded multiple people over the last several months. I have had an order unfilled with them for nearly 6 months and now they will not return emails and their phone doesn't work. Best option is to contact your credit card company. Look them up on Better Business Bureau for further info and warn your friends. They actually may be out of business according to posts on their Facebook page. Good Luck."

"I purchased a pistol 9 weeks ago, one week after the estimated time of delivery. I have sent multiple emails asking for an ETA without response. I have called, but the recording just gives the hours of operation and an option to leave a voicemail, which is impossible because the voicemail is full. "I ordered and paid in full and have yet to receive product !!! Rockwell Arms does not return calls or respond to emails. Rockwell Arms said Sig gave them eta for shipping. After allowing reasonable time, I contacted Sig directly and they said no eta ever given to Rockwell Arms. I have requested a refund in writing and still no response. Unbelievable that they conduct business in this manner. I will be seeking legal action in the near future. Can you believe that a company would risk their reputation over a pidly $1000.00 ? I think Sig should be alerted as to how their product is being handled."

"I ordered a Glock 26 4th Gen from Rockwell Arms. They gave a time frame on when I should receive it. I called every month just to see if they had gotten any in. They are the nicest people to work with always so pleasant when I called. Was told when they were concerned about the delivery date may be later and received my gun within 2 weeks of promised delivery date. It was shipped with a tracking number which Rockwell Arms emailed to me and I was able to track the shipping.

I would recommend Rockwell Arms to everyone and plan to do business with them in the future. They are the best.

"This company is great! I never purchased a pistol online prior to dealing with Rockwell Arms. Inquired with a few other online sellers, no return calls of emails. Eventually found these guys and the process was very simple. They ACTUALLY had the pistol in stock as their website stated. Others draw you in only to find out they do not really have it in stock so you either have to order it (3-6 month wait), or they try to talk you into something else. Online process was simple, the order shipped very quickly and when talking to them, very professional and helpful. Do not hesitate to do business with the guys. Nice to finally find a company that is a straight shooter.......no pun intended!"

"This was my first online purchase for an AR15 or any gun for that matter over the Internet. I had been researching guns for about 3 months. I finally found the gun I wanted at another website, but it was on back order, luckily for me Rockwell Arms had this gun for about $50 less that that other site and in stock.
