"I ordered a set of Polaris OEM XL Fender Flares for my RZR. They came timely, but only the right fender was in the box. Check my order to make sure it was a pair and it was. Called and talked to Wyatt at Customer service and told him the problem. He put me on hold and came back and asked me to check the box again and I did, and it still wasn't there. He put me on hold again and asked me the make and model of my Polaris, Put me on hold again and came back and stated they would check to see if their inventory was correct and get back to me. I asked, what difference did it make if they had incorrect or correct inventory. Are you saying if your inventory is correct you won't be sending me the fender that you didn't send me. Are you implying that I'm lying or something. I really couldn't believe it. I told him, he should be apologizing for my inconvenience and and expedite the part to me. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he said he couldn't put him on the phone. I said just put the person you are talking to when I'm on hold. He put me on hold again was told that I would be speaking to his supervisor. I was told that he would send me the part. I was on the phone for 47 minutes, most of that time on hold. I don't do reviews or complain, but this really got under my skin! I would try another vendor for your atv/utv parts."
