"I clicked on an ad for an i-pod and book about losing weight while walking. The website did not reveal any price, so I had to put my name and address in their form in order to view the cost. After seeing that, I did not want to order at that price, I exited out but DID NOT press buy. The next day I received a confirmation of my order and I was so upset that I sent an email to customer service to cancel my order. I immediately received an email stating someone would respond to my email within 24 hrs. I never received an answer. A week later I received the book and I-pod and a bill which gave me 21 days to try it out. I called their customer service number and explained the whole scenario, and the CSR told me there was a note in my info that I talked to someone who told me all I had to do was not open the pkg. and send it back. Why should I send it back and have to pay postage for something I did not order. Besides that, the date he quoted that I was supposed to have talked with someone, happened to be the day I had surgery and believe me, I would not have been talking with anyone on that day. My husband was with me all day and verified that we did not talk with anyone on May 29th. Well, now he told me he would send me a shipping label and all I have to do is mail it back and they will take the order off my account. Hopefully, this will happen. So they dupe you into filling out information to have to get a price for their product, they send you something you did not order, they lie, they do not email you back. This is so frustrating to have to deal with a shoddy company. Do not order from this company and do not even try to find out anything about a price, because you will be receiving something you did not order!!! "
