"My purchase experience through rokokzone was extremely positive. The cigarettes were cheap and the order was easy to complete. Once the wire transfer was made, the order arrived in a matter of days; astoundingly quickly, considering the distance! The flavor is fantastic, and fresher than anything you (used to be able to) find in the US.

I was understandably worried about making payments through MoneyGram or WU, but the company definitely delivered! The only hangup was that my first attempt to pay was canceled by Western Union for my "protection" as a security feature, because apparently I can't be trusted to make risk-management decisions on my own. The trick is to label your purchase as a gift to an individual.

**If your transfer is labeled by WU or Moneygram as a "purchase," those companies will not send money to Indonesia.**

A call to the transfer comapnies' customer service verified this policy.

I really appreciate the wonderful support Rokokzone provided throughout our interactions, and I was shocked to find out the shipping was completed so quickly! I am now happily enjoying my kretek smokes! :)

"My 2nd order with the company. Order placed on May 10. Payment (by MoneygGram) placed later the same day. Order delivered May 18!
I was a little worried when I received an auto-reply email to my payment stating that there was a National Holiday in Indonesia through May 13. However, the payment was processed and order shipped very quickly. I received my order, shipped from halfway across the globe, in 1 week. I've had orders from local companies take longer!
I am **VERY** happy with RokokZone.com. This is my 2nd order and both have been without trouble. I can honestly recommend this company for anyone looking for Clove cigarettes in the US.
My only complaints are very minor. (1) I wish they would take credit card payments. That they do not is not their fault. It's against the "rules". (2) I wish they were cheaper. Their prices are VERY competitive, but a consumer can ALWAYS want lower prices. If it weren't for the fees charged by the money order companies, their prices would be outstanding. "

"Just as most people would be, I was concerned about ordering from anyone who only accepts money grams and western untion. But everything went great I placed the order on the 10th received my order on the 18th. I received confirmation on the receipt of my order, the receipt of my payment, and then the tracking for my items. Lastly they sent a follow up email to be sure I received my order. "Submitted the order on Sept 7th.
They only take Western Union, Money Gram or Wire Transfers!?!?! So needless to say I'm a bit concerned, but it's not for a whole lot of money. I'll update this review later if I ever receive the product. I'll be sending the money Western Union the evening on Sept 7th and emailed them as instructed.

"I was a little skeptical of rokokzone when I first came upon them. Their prices were so low but the only way you could pay was by Western Union. I decided to give it a try and ordered three cartons of Djarum Blacks. Rokokzone was amazing with communications, sending me professional emails every step of the way. I ordered the cloves on June 23, received my shipping confirmation number from USPS on June 24 and received the cloves themselves on June 30. 6 days to get from Indonesia to Ohio! The cloves taste fresher and they included a fun surprise-three extra packs of different types of cloves for free! I could not be happier with my purchase. I will definately be ordering from them again! "

"I am using the date i sent in the western union payment as the order date.

June 16, 2008: I notified rokokzone of payment sent and western union MTCN.
June 17, 2008: I was notified that my payment was processing.
June 19, 2008: I was notified 2 of my chosen products were out of stock (panter cigarillos), they offered to refund part of the payment or substitute an item of similar value, i chose the substitution and asked them to surprise me, they included a sample 5 pack of misc unfiltered kreteks :)
June 22, 2008: Notified that the order was prepping for shipment.
June 24, 2008: Order shipped, tracking number provided.
June 28, 2008: Order arrived at JFK customs.
June 29, 2008: Order left JFK customs.
July 3, 2008: Order arrived in great shape.

Items were taped together, then boxed, then the box was wrapped in enough tape to make it waterproof. So the packaging was definitely well done and stood up to my postal services usual habit of seeing how far a package can be thrown before arriving. If you are a clove smoker and have only smoked cloves picked up at a head shop, smoke shop, or local retailer.. give these guys a try, the first cut through the packaging filled the room with the smell of fresh clove and other spices.

Be prepared to wait, I was planning on a 2-3 week wait from the shipping notification, but was pleasantly surprised at how fast they arrived.

Original order: 10 pack sample, 2 boxes of panter.
Modified order: 10 pack sample, 5 pack sample.
Communication was amazing at all times, other sellers could learn a thing or two from these guys when it comes to communicating with the customer.

All of that being said, i will definitely be placing future orders through this seller."

"I have to admit, I was a little nervous ordering from rokokzone.com. I had never heard of them until I searched for kretek cigarettes, they are in Indonesia, and they do not take VISA, you have to pay with a Western Union money transfer.

So anyway, I can't buy kreteks where I live so I decided to place an order. Because I had to pay with Western Union, I had to get around to finding a Western Union outlet - not exactly one on every street corner... I sent payment on November 20, 2007.

On November 22 I received a shipment notification along with a tracking number. I just picked up my Djarum Supers from the post office and I could not be happier. The only reason it took as long as it did is the Canada Customs service, which held my shipment for 13 days. 13 DAYS!?!? There was excise tax owing on the shipment which was not unexpected.

Anyway, I am thrilled and I will definitely be ordering again in the future."

"Placing the on-line purchase was fast and easy. The merchant supposedly sent the merchandise within two days. After a week, I was given a tracking number
for the USPS, which provided no detail at all. After three weeks, no goods had arrived. Customer
service was always prompt in replying to my inquiries, including many promises left undelivered.

Update: The order finally arrived after more than four weeks since the order was placed. The company apologized for the problems with my order and offered me an incentive to order again. They reassured me that orders such as this generally do not take that long. I have placed two additional orders, each of them showing up within 10 days.

If you place an order, be prepared for a long wait time. That way if the order shows up quickly, you'll be a happy camper."
